At Rep3, we built a gamification platform for Web3 projects, onboarding ~40 projects and 3.5M end users, peaking at 1M weekly active users, with 35k MRR, making us profitable.

Projects that would spend months creating custom points programs could now achieve the same in under 10 minutes while retaining control of their brand and stack.

As a proof of concept, we did one-off experiments, creating loyalty programs for specific metrics using evolving NFTs. At this point I would do the NFT artwork for projects to nudge them to use us.

Rep3 began as an on-chain reputation system for off-chain DAO contributions, distributing 14k tokens to 2400 users. We eventually pivoted to more impactful use cases as the core tech showed broader potential.
